Ivory LeShore III is a Mobile, Alabama native who took an interest in cooking at an early age while taking cooking classes at the Boys and Girls Club of Mobile. Ivory credits chefs like Franklin Biggs of Franklin's Homewood Gourmet for teaching him about the art of gourmet foods. Ivory has taken the skills he has learned over the years and opened his own catering and event center in The Greater Birmingham area, where he has catered a variety of events throughout the city.  It has been Ivory's passion and dedication preparing quality, gourmet-styled foods that landed him catering contracts within the area. He has had the honor of serving celebrities such as the O'Jays and R&B singing group SWV.
